Rogelio Santos Calmerin, Sr. Aka “Rolly”, 83, of Moraga and Brentwood passed away on February 16, 2022
Rolly was born on August 31, 1938 to Ely & Crisanta Calmerin in the Philippines. His father, Ely Calmerin, was a Lieutenant in the US Army.
Rolly met Norma Masilang in the Philippines and Married on March 21, 1965. Rolly and Norma went on to have two sons, Ferdinand M. Calmerin & Rogelio M. Calmerin, Jr. They have one grandson, Joshua A. Calmerin.
When Rolly came to the United States, his beloved wife Norma followed him five years later with their two sons. They made their home in Daly City, California at the time and raised their two sons there. Some years after retiring they moved to the East Bay. His wife Norma Masilang Calmerin passed away on April 17, 2015

Services will be held at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church in San Francisco, California on March 11,2022 at 10:30am. Private reception to follow.
