Bruce was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and enjoyed many callings and responsibilities. He enjoyed service, working with the scouts, and studying the gospel of Jesus Christ. His life was marked by his constant willingness to serve and he demonstrated that by giving selfless service as caregiver to his father, mother, and mother-in-law over the course of many years.
