Obituary

Kenneth William Henry of Walnut Creek passed on February 7, 2020. He was born on May 28, 1936 in Oak Park, Illinois. He moved to Los Angeles California at the age of 3 with his father Robert Lee Henry and older brother Richard Charles Henry. They finally settled in San Francisco where Kenneth attended and graduated from Polytechnic High School in 1954. He served in the United States Army from 1959 to 1963. After his Honorable Discharge he began his long career in banking.

He was a loving and devoted father and husband. He was married to Regina "Jeannie" May Henry for 45 years. He was an active member in the Walnut Creek Lions, volunteered his time transcribing books for the visually impaired, served as an Usher and counted offerings at Christ The King Church.

Ken is survived by his wife Jeannie, brothers Charles and James, sons Matthew (Michelle) and Colin (Beatris) numerous nieces and nephews and most importantly his grandchildren Jack, Meghan and Emrys. He was so proud of his grandchildren, he always said how smart and good looking they are.

Ken's Memorial Mass will be held February 29th, 2020 12:30 pm at Christ The King Church in Pleasant Hill, California. Following the mass a reception will be held at his home in Walnut Creek.
