Virgil Francisco Novo, Jr.

Resident of Pleasant Hill


Virgil was a native of Oakland and 60 year resident of Pleasant Hill. He was the beloved husband of the late Evelyn Novo; loving father of Sharon Oliver, Michael Novo, the late Richard Novo, John Novo and Joseph Novo; brother of Phyllis Grego,  Also survived by seven grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Virgil was a retired sheet metal worker and a 70 year member of Union Local 104 and more recently was a volunteer at Sutter Solano in Antioch.
Friends may visit at OAK PARK HILLS CHAPEL, 3111 N. Main St., Walnut Creek Sunday, Dec. 10th from 2 to 4 pm followed by a Vigil serviceat 4 pm. The Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am, Monday, Dec. 11th at  St. Mary's Catholic Church, 2051 Mt. Diablo Blvd., Walnut Creek. Interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Lafayette. Memorial gifts in his memory to the Alzheimer's Association
